Shipping And Handling
All orders within UK and Eire will be charged using standard postal rates based on weights.
All cards have been assigned a weight of 20 grams so the following rules will apply
100g (5 cards or less) cost 95 cent or €1.50 for uk
250g (5-12 cards) cost €1.35 or €3.00 for uk
500g (12-25 cards) cost €1.90 or €4.25 for uk
1000g (25 -50 cards) cost €6.00 or €7.50 for uk
1500g (50 + cards) cost €7.50 or €10.75 for uk
It is better value to order multiple items so that your overall postage cost per card is reduced. Any item that requires additional postage costs will be clearly marked indicating this.These are mostly stationary packs.
Delivery Schedule
If an order is received by 1pm, it will be dispatched that day, with the exception of Weekends and Bank Holidays.You should allow at least 3 working days for delivery, 7 working days for European deliveries and 14 days for International deliveries. We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, Strikes, Natural Disaster, Terrorism, Fire and supplier and distribution partner failure.
Should such delays occur, obligations under these terms and conditions will only resume at such a time that the delay has ended.
Returns Policy
In the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong or damaged goods, please return them to us, unused, within 21 days of delivery and we will replace them free of charge. If you would prefer a refund we will refund monies in the form of a cheque within 21 days of receiving the goods back.
